Do what AI can't
My fellow creatives,
Remember grey goo theory?
The idea that in the future, self-replicating nanobots will consume all biomass and matter to generate more of themselves, reducing our beautiful planet to a sad slop of grey goo?
It’s still just hypothetical when it comes to the physical environment…
But our mental environment?
AI-generated memes, reels, and images . . . entire albums on Spotify made with a prompt . . . LLMs in your browser, your feed, your mother’s social life . . .
Over half of the internet is 100% synthetic slop and Gen Z huffs Italian brainrot.
This is a siege on humanity.
Something deep in your gut recognizes it instantly, making you cringe like you’re watching a crow eat a rabbit. Your own flesh and blood — begging you to pull the plug before this grey matter goo gobbles up future generations . . . our imagination and creative spirit . . . anything out there that’s still . . . real.
Stay human (if you can.)
